An incredible weekend of golf with the final round of the club championships, the Macedon Ranges Family Law May Monthly Medal and our Pennant team vying for victory all to be decided.
Firstly, after 53 holes across three Saturdays, the new club champion would be determined by the final hole of the final round. Jim Hynes and reigning club champion, Alex Fraser, were tied coming into the 54th hole...... a birdie from Jim saw him take the title of MMGC Club Champion to break a chain of four consecutive victories by Alex. Congratulations to you both on an outstanding tournament.

Congratulations to the MMGC Division 3 handicap pennant team who were victorious over Woodend 4 and a half to 2 and a half. Ably led by captain Wayne 'Pugs' Christie, yesterday's team comprised Glenn Moore, Luke Robinson, Tony Carter, Alex Ryan, Patrick Nicholls and Nathan Fairley. Other team members who contributed throughout the season were Steve Hohmann, Rob Lodders and Aaron Edmunds.

Macedon Ranges Family Law May Monthly Medal was a threeway tie on nett 67 between Jim Hynes, Brian Walsh and Marcus Ward. This medal will be decided in a playoff during next month's June medal.
