The 7:30 Report-Wednesday

Gentlemen's 4 person social ambrose. Four quartets this morning, and a special welcome back to Keith Miles after a lengthy lay off.

Thanks to Gary for the bin retrieval and pastry co-ordination, Bubba Watson for the social score collation and Shooter Dawson for hanging back and covering the kitchen sink duties after being deserted by his team mates!

John is currently on course attempting to mow the fairways before the deluge arrives tonight and again on Saturday.

While Gary Liddy is at the back of the 18th tee with his pole saw removing a hanging branch..... the work of the Wednesday Gentlemen seems never ending. Hopefully Bubba and Ian Gill can get onto the rough cutter shortly, but it is very much dependent on the state of the course. Thanks to Oils Flannery who mows the greens in preparation for the mid week players.

The Scores:
Mike Hoiles, Ian Gill, Burra and Misty Pickles handicap of 7 and 3/4 returned a gross 63/nett 55 and 3/4.

Thanks to the efforts of members Will Devereux and Bruce Fraser, and Club Captain, Mick Doyle, there have been several amendments/additions to the website to link to 1Golf for tee bookings as well as a Results page (noting that results are from previously permitted competitions).

These results will be updated weekly via 1Golf when we are allowed to restart competitions.

Of course, the weekly Facebook postings of the Wednesday Gentlemen's rounds will continue and for those who are 'Facebook-less', the same report and pics continue to be accessible through the Fixture page.
