Another full field for last week's Guests' and Sponsors' Day. Again the weather was kind and the course continues to be at its best due to the efforts of our small crew of volunteers. (Please consider getting involved as a course volunteer in the new year-make it a new year's resolution-we need your help).
We welcomed six guests and also sponsors Cath O'Connor of Intrinsic Health Gisborne and welcomed back Michelle Edwards of MTA (Mobile Travel Consultants).
Several other sponsors had planned to attend however unforeseen circumstances prevented them attending-we hope to see them join us in 2020.
Our long standing Member Sponsors: Dave Hudson of SGA Solutions-Agribusiness, Matt Willis of MW Electrics, Isaac Golden of Intrinsic Health, and Brian Freestone-Freestone Heating and Air Conditioning participated in the day and on behalf of all members, I thank them for their ongoing commitment to our club.

Guest and Member pairings saw a win to P. Sweeney (handicap 36!) 40 points and Mark Burrage (13) 38 points= 78
Member winners were Trevor Atkins (10) 33 points and Hayden Phillips (13) 38 points= 71
Individual winner was Hayden Phillips (23 points on the back nine) on countback from Mark Burrage.

Forthcoming events
Tomorrow is a Par Bisque for the Wednesday Gentlemen.
Next Saturday is the Christmas Hamper Stableford and qualification for the singles matchplay-top 15 scores qualify-however you must indicate your entry to this qualification round by writing the letter M on your score card.
Next Wednesday is the mid week Christmas Hamper/s.
Saturday 21st is the Matt Willis Electrical December Monthly Medal.
