One would expect that as the day unfolded and the sun reached its zenith, the day might have warmed just a little..... but no.... this is Mt Macedon and despite being closer to the sun, it became more frigid as the day unfolded.7 teams for a better ball stableford struggled against swirling, bitter winds. Thanks to Lids the deliciously warm clubhouse was a welcome respite, as numerous players entered and headed straight to the firebox.Winners:Mike Hoiles and Snags Sinclair 40 points from playing partners Lachlan O'Gorman and Gisborne GC guest James Fraser on 37 points.Bubba and Gary Liddy 35 pointsTiger Penney/Graeme Bonsack and Shooter Dawson/PJ Cushen both finished on 33 pointsWalrus and a very over-rated Jarrod Plowman 31 points leaving the dishes for Keith Miles as his playing partner, Tony Carter, disappeared!!!!
