The 4 person ambrose teams event commenced under grey skies and mist for most of the morning for the 5 teams participating; not such welcoming weather for Lachlan Holmes who was Joggers' guest.

Plenty of tooting across the course as birdies did abound.

Winners with a gross 61 and nett 51 and 5/8 were Tiger Penney (capt), Richard Payne, Tony Littman and Brad Straughair.

This Friday there is an outward nine par 3 competition organised. $5 entry fee to be placed in the members' only envelope and deposited in the green fees slot. Yellow score cards available at the outside desk. Cards to be posted through the letterbox slot on the back door of the clubhouse.
