What a glorious morning and day unfolded for this prestigious stableford event, very much cherished by the Wednesday Gentlemen. It was a hearty welcome back to Bubba Watson following his knee op and like any good stallion he was 'good after a spell'.

Thanks to the course crew volunteers (Nathan Fairley, Team Doyle, Shooter Dawson, Oils Flannery and Walrus) who have been on the machines consistently over the past week ensuring 'Our Hidden Treasure on the Mount' was at its playable best for the Open weekend. Additional thanks to Nathan F and Matt Willis for their time and energy ensuring the machines were all in good operating order. If the past week is any indication, it is going to be a busy time keeping up with the mowing in coming months.
