Slightly chilly morning for the 16 players contesting the Calderlink Industries February Mug o' the Month stableford. We welcomed Paul Lever for his first competitive game and with the new WHS (World Handicap System) allocating him a maximum 54 handicap, club records were set to tumble! Fortunately a late notification from the Captain denied Paul victory.
Winner with 38 points, on countback with 21 points on the inward nine, Ian Gill (15) from Oils Flannery (20). These gents were the only ball comp winners to match or break their handicaps.
